It’s a bit quiet here so i though throw something in. I couldn’t resist to get this printer on gearbest for just 230€. A Jgaurora a3s, cnc milled parts, external 24v psu and powerloss recovery. Not bad at all, cooling fan ist a joke and prints are not as smooth as those from my well tuned Dp5....

Looks like a nice machine. Does it have those new quiet motor drivers that don't need end stops?

Unfortunately not, that thing is loud as hell, additionaly the sheet metal housing is amplifiing the noice.

Is the housing bolted directly to the frame, if so an old trick is to use an O-ring as a washer between the frame and the housing, the rubber ring will dampen the vibration, which will be causing the housing to resonate.

I've now seen this printer reviewed by myfordboy and Savvas Papasavva, it looks really modern.
