Kind of hard to tell how large that is but it looks nice. The nozzle is always by definition over the object so any hitting must be caused by some kind of deforming. I had the same problem before printing a new cooling shroud and installing a larger fan. There's lots of them, I made this one but if I were to do it again I pick one of the designs with an even larger fan.

Yeah it does look nice, a lot can depend on the filament you are using, I run stock fan, but have stayed away from ABS, using either PLA or PETG, both are easy to print if everything is set and calibrated properly. ABS is known to warp and shrink so causing deformation.
