The new file is now on thingiverse.... let me know how it came out (dimensions are exactly the same).... If you compare the two pics you see the difference in the tessilation....

Rather than me trying to explain to you here, follow this link, it is a great resource and shows you all you need to know about calibrating the axes of your machine. When I calibrated my machine I found the Z & Y axes were both out by 0.32 steps/mm, which doesn't sound a lot but with tolerances so small in the micro stepping world of 3d printing, makes quite a difference. reprage.com/post/46062359808/quick-guide-to-calibrating-the-scale-of-your-3d-printerCalibrating your extruder is also important, if you need info on this let me know.

With the new stl it worked perfectly, I don't know how to post a photo here of the finished object but the print in general and dimensions were exactly as expected. Really don't know how to thanks everyone that give me a hand and teach me... thanks a lot again!
